STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. 1. Definitions

    • “Seller” refers to Urban Junkey.

    • “Buyer” refers to the customer purchasing goods.

    • “Goods” refers to clothing and accessories sold by Urban Junkey.

    • “Order” refers to the request made by the Buyer for Goods.

    3. 2. Orders & Acceptance

    • All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

    • The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order at its discretion.

    • Once confirmed, an Order cannot be modified or canceled without the Seller’s consent.

    4. 3. Pricing & Payment

    • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

    • Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

    • Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and COD (where available).

    • The Seller reserves the right to update prices at any time prior to Order confirmation.

    5. 4. Delivery

    • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout.

    • The Seller is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once Goods are delivered to the provided address.

    6. 5. Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

    • Customized or personalized Goods are non-returnable.

    7. 6. Warranty

    • Goods are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery.

    • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations.

    8. 7. Limitation of Liability

    • The Seller’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Goods in question.

    • The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

    9. 8. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, logos, and branding remain the exclusive property of Urban Junkey.

    • The Buyer may not reproduce, copy, or use these without prior written permission.

    10. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

    • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
